My call didn't connect but I was charged. How do I get a refund?

Any time a call fails to connect, or ends early, any unused credits will be returned to your account within a few minutes. If it has been more than a few minutes and your credits were not returned, please contact support and let them know the advisor's name on the order so they can investigate.

    My call didn’t go through and I was charged over 50 dollars with psychic Sandra and I have not received a refund! I am furious.
