Overview:

If you believe your account may have been accessed without your authorization, we recommend taking the following immediate steps to help secure your information and restore account integrity.

Recommended Actions:

Log out of all devices: Begin by logging out of your account on all devices. This helps ensure that any unauthorized access is terminated. 

Update Your Password: Change your password as soon as possible. We recommend choosing a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other platform. This can be done from the login screen by entering your email address and selecting “Forgot password?” then following the prompts. 

Enable App Lock: For additional security, take advantage of our built-in App Lock feature for added protection: 

• Navigate to the Profile tab
• Tap Settings
• Select "App Lock"
• Select your preferred timing: 
  - Lock immediately 
  - Lock after 1 minute 
  - Lock after 15 minutes

This feature will require authentication when re-entering the app after periods of inactivity.
