How do I delete my Purple Garden account?

The easiest way is to log out of the app and uninstall it from your device. This way you can return in the future if you'd like. If you're certain you'd never like to use your account, we can disable it, but this too will not automatically delete the account and associated orders.

If you'd only like to delete a specific order:

  • Tap on the order in the app. Open it up as though you're going to view your reading.
  • Tap on the trash can icon in the top corner.
  • Confirm that you want to delete it.
