Q: What is PAYG on Purple Garden?
A: PAYG (Pay As You Go) lets you pay for your session without having to purchase a set duration.
Q: Why did my session end suddenly?
A: Your account has spending limits. If you reach your limit during a PAYG session, it will end automatically and you’ll see an error explaining why.
Q: Why couldn’t I start a PAYG session?
A: Before starting, we check your remaining spending limit. If it isn’t enough to cover the minimum session length, the session won’t start.
Q: When can I start new sessions again?
A: Once your spending limit resets, you’ll be able to start new sessions.
Q: Can I request a spending limit increase?
A: Yes! Please do so from the Purple Garden app, but be aware that it may take up to 48 business hours to be reviewed.
Q: Can new users use PAYG?
A: As of now, PAYG is available only for existing Purple Garden users.
Q: Does PAYG support Apple Pay?
A: Yes, Apple Pay is supported for PAYG sessions.
