How much credit can I receive?

Credits are issued based on the cost of the session.

• If the session cost is $50 or less, the full amount may be credited.

• If the session cost exceeds $50, the maximum credit issued is $50.

Credits are added directly to your Purple Garden account and are available immediately.

Can I use the Satisfaction Guarantee more than once?

Yes. The program can be used once every 30 days.

It applies only to your first session with a new advisor, so you may still explore different advisors over time.

Does this apply to every session?

No.

The Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to your first session with a specific advisor.

If you have already had a session with that advisor, additional sessions with the same advisor are not eligible under this program.

Are Satisfaction Guarantee credits refundable?

No.

The program provides platform credits, which can be used toward another reading on Purple Garden.

Credits cannot be converted to cash.

How do I request Satisfaction Guarantee credits?

Our support team will review your request and confirm whether it qualifies.

What if my request does not qualify?
