My call didn't connect, but I was charged. What should I do?

If your call did not connect or ended before it was successfully established, any unused credits are automatically returned to your Purple Garden account. This usually happens within a few minutes.

If your credits have not been returned after a few minutes, please contact our Support team so we can investigate.

To help us review your request more quickly, please include:

  • The advisor's name
  • The approximate date and time of the call
  • A screenshot of the transaction, if available
