Purple Garden is here to support you.


To maintain a safe and comfortable environment, you can block advisors you’ve had paid sessions with. Here’s how:


What is the “Block Advisor” feature?

This lets you block specific advisors to stop unwanted contact without losing access to the Purple Garden marketplace.


How do I block an advisor?

In your app, go to Settings > Blocked Advisors.
Search the advisor’s nickname from your paid sessions and select Block.
Unblock anytime from the same screen.


What happens when I block an advisor?

  • You and the advisor cannot message or order services with each other.
  • The advisor remains visible but inactive for you.
  • The messaging field will show as locked.

Can I block any advisor?

No, only those with whom you’ve had a paid session.


Can I unblock later?

Yes, anytime in Settings > Blocked Advisors.


Will the advisor be notified?

No. They receive no notification but will see a generic error if they attempt contact.


Can I still leave reviews?

Yes, for sessions completed before blocking.


Can Purple Garden Support block for me?

Blocking must be done by you in the app; support cannot block for you.


What if an advisor harasses me?

Block immediately, then report through Customer Support.
Our Trust & Safety will handle it from there. 


What if I block accidentally?

You can unblock anytime from Settings > Blocked Advisors.
