What is Pay As You Go (PAYG)?
Pay As You Go (PAYG) allows eligible customers to pay for a reading as the session progresses instead of purchasing a fixed session duration in advance.
Why did my PAYG session end unexpectedly?
PAYG sessions are subject to your account's current spending limit.
If you reach your spending limit during a session, the session will end automatically. A message will explain that the session ended because your spending limit was reached.
Why can't I start a PAYG session?
Before a PAYG session begins, Purple Garden checks whether your remaining spending limit is enough to cover the minimum session length.
If your remaining limit is too low, the session cannot be started.
When can I start another PAYG session?
You can start another PAYG session once your spending limit has reset.
Can I request a spending limit increase?
Yes.
You can request a spending limit increase from the Purple Garden app.
Please note that requests may take up to 48 business hours to be reviewed.
Can new customers use PAYG?
No.
PAYG is currently available only to eligible existing Purple Garden customers.
Does PAYG support Apple Pay?
Yes.
Apple Pay can be used for eligible PAYG sessions.
