Your birthday credit is available for approximately 72 hours after it’s issued. You’ll find the expiration details in your birthday email so you can plan time to enjoy your reading. If your credit is no longer showing in your balance and hasn’t been used, it may have expired. 

Birthday credits are available to existing customers who have made at least one purchase in the app within the past 12 months.
