Introduction:
Now you can view text transcripts of both your voice and video sessions with advisors! This helps you revisit everything that was shared, anytime you want.


How it works:

  • After your voice or video call ends, we generate a written transcript.
  • It usually takes a few minutes for the transcript to be ready.
  • You can find it in your order details in your account.

Where to find your transcript:

  1. Log in to your account on the Web or App.
  2. Go to Orders or Past Readings.
  3. Select the voice or video session you want to review.
  4. Tap or click the Transcript button to read the full text.

Helpful tips:

  • If you don’t see the transcript immediately, refresh the page or app and check again shortly.
  • You can replay your voice calls anytime.
  • Video calls cannot be replayed — the transcript is the only way to review those sessions.

  • Voice calls: Yes, you can listen to the audio anytime.
