- After your voice or video call ends, we generate a written transcript.
- It usually takes a few minutes for the transcript to be ready.
- You can find it in your order details in your account.
Where to find your transcript:
- Log in to your account on the Web or App.
- Go to Orders or Past Readings.
- Select the voice or video session you want to review.
- Tap or click the Transcript button to read the full text.
Helpful tips:
- If you don’t see the transcript immediately, refresh the page or app and check again shortly.
- You can replay your voice calls anytime.
- Video calls cannot be replayed — the transcript is the only way to review those sessions.
