Purple Garden automatically saves your live text chat readings to your account. You can view the transcript of a previous live text chat in the Purple Garden mobile app or on the Purple Garden website.

View a live text chat transcript in the Purple Garden app

1. Open the Purple Garden app.
2. Tap My Activity at the bottom of the screen.
3. Select the advisor you had the live text chat with.
4. Find and select the order you want to review.
5. Select Transcript to view the saved text chat.

1. Open the Purple Garden website and sign in to your account.
2. Open the Menu using the three horizontal lines in the top-left corner.
3. Select My Activity.
4. Select the advisor you had the live text chat with.
5. Find and select the order you want to review.
6. Select Transcript to view the saved text chat.

Are voice readings saved?

Yes. Purple Garden also saves live voice readings to your account.

Voice recordings are available in the Purple Garden mobile app.

To listen to a previous live voice reading:

1. Open the Purple Garden app.
2. Tap My Activity at the bottom of the screen.
3. Select the advisor you had the live voice reading with.
4. Find and select the order you want to listen to.
5. Select Play recording.
