We encourage clients to use care and good judgment when leaving feedback about an advisor/spiritual practitioner. Reviews may be visible to other Purple Garden users. You can edit your feedback for up to two weeks after it is submitted.

When writing a review, please keep your feedback focused on your experience with the advisor/spiritual practitioner and the services they provided.

Please keep in mind that individuals may be held legally responsible for statements that are found by a court, tribunal, or other authorized authority to be defamatory. Purple Garden provides its review and rating system so clients can share their opinions and experiences. Under applicable laws, Purple Garden is generally not responsible for feedback posted by users, including feedback that may be considered defamatory, and is not required to investigate reviews for accuracy.

When may Purple Garden remove a review?

To help keep the review system fair and useful for both clients and advisors/spiritual practitioners, Purple Garden may remove feedback in certain circumstances, including when:

• The feedback violates Purple Garden's Terms of Use.
• The feedback is primarily about Purple Garden itself rather than the advisor/spiritual practitioner or the services they provided.
• The feedback contains profanity, vulgar language, or sexually explicit content, as determined by Purple Garden. Reviews will not be removed solely because they contain strong or inflammatory language.
• The feedback contains personally identifying information about a client or advisor/spiritual practitioner, such as a real name, address, phone number, or email address.
• The feedback negatively comments on an advisor/spiritual practitioner for not performing an action or service that falls outside the scope of the services they offer.
• A client or advisor/spiritual practitioner submits feedback about themselves, either directly or indirectly through another account or third party.
• The person who submitted the feedback provided false contact information during registration and cannot be contacted.
• Purple Garden determines that the feedback, or a pattern of feedback from the same person, is harassing in nature. In these situations, Purple Garden may remove some or all related feedback.
• The feedback references another user's review, discusses another client or advisor/spiritual practitioner, or includes links to external websites.
• No services were provided because of a technical issue.
• The feedback appears to have been submitted by mistake or was intended for a different advisor/spiritual practitioner.
• The person who submitted the feedback contacts Purple Garden and requests that it be removed.
• Purple Garden determines, in its sole discretion, that the feedback is irrelevant or does not reasonably reflect an interaction between a client and an advisor/spiritual practitioner.

Purple Garden reserves the right to review and remove feedback in accordance with these guidelines and its Terms of Use.
