You may see an ineligible promo code message if the promotion cannot be applied to your account.

This can happen for a few reasons:

You may already have an existing Purple Garden account

Some promo codes are only available to eligible customers. If you already have another Purple Garden account, the promo code may not apply.

The promo code may no longer be valid

Promo codes can expire if they are not used within the promotion period. If the code is expired, it cannot be redeemed.
