The most common error message from PayPal is suggesting you try a different form of payment from your PayPal Wallet. Or you may need to contact PayPal, and/or your bank or card holder, and let them know this is an authorized payment. You can read more about this error message here.
To change the card being charged, you will need to log into your PayPal account and adjust your settings there. Tap here for instructions on how to do this.

I made a payment through PayPal but it isn’t showing in my account
I try buying credits and it doesn’t go thru.. it doesn’t mention any reason just won’t connect
