Where is my favorite advisor?

If you have searched for an advisor and he or she hasn't shown up in the results, this simply means that he or she is currently unavailable for new orders. They may be completing orders at this time or taking a break. Advisors set their own hours on Purple Garden, and their available times often vary.   

You can receive a notification the next time your favorite advisor(s) become(s) available, though.

 

In order to enable this feature on our mobile app:
- when you view an advisor's profile, tap the toggle switch underneath their photo
(Note: this option only appears if the advisor is currently "busy" or "offline")

If you prefer to use the Purple Garden website:
- this feature is available by clicking the "bell"  icon near the top right of an advisor's profile and following the prompts from there


You will then be sent a push notification to be alerted when your selected advisor is online.
