If you can't find your favorite advisor in Purple Garden search results, the advisor may be temporarily unavailable, completing other orders, or taking a break. Advisors set their own availability, so their online hours may vary.

You can enable an availability notification to be alerted when your favorite advisor comes back online.

Get notified when an advisor is available in the Purple Garden app

1. Open the advisor's profile.
2. Find the notification toggle below the advisor's photo.
3. Turn on the notification toggle.

The notification option only appears when the advisor is currently Busy or Offline.

Purple Garden will send you a push notification when the selected advisor becomes available.

3. Follow the prompts to enable availability notifications.

Why isn't my favorite advisor showing up?

An advisor who does not appear in your search results may currently be unavailable. Advisors manage their own schedules and may be offline, busy completing orders, or taking a break.

If the advisor is unavailable, enable an availability notification from the advisor's profile so you can be alerted when the advisor is online again.
