Both voice and text readings are saved in your account, however voice readings are only stored in the Purple Garden mobile app. Text chat transcripts are both accessible on the website and within the app.
If you did a text reading, you can access the transcript in your account by doing the following:
- Tap on "My activity" at the bottom of your display
- Select the advisor you'd had your live text chat session with
- Select the order you'd like to review (you can scroll up/down if needed)
- Select "Transcript"
The same process is true for voice orders:
- Tap on "My activity" at the bottom of your display
- Select the advisor you'd had your live voice session with
- Select the order you'd like to listen to again (you can scroll up/down if needed)
- Select "Play recording"
