How is advisor accuracy determined?

Advisor accuracy on our platform is based entirely on client feedback and ratings. When you see an accuracy percentage (like 91%) it reflects the experiences and ratings of real clients who have worked with that advisor.

To ensure meaningful feedback, clients must have completed at least three sessions with an advisor before they can rate their accuracy. This helps capture a well-rounded perspective on the advisor’s guidance. Plus, clients can update or change their accuracy rating at any time to reflect their ongoing experience.

We’ve recently updated our banners to provide more detailed accuracy information, including the number of clients who contributed to the rating. For example using the screenshot below, a 91% accuracy rating based on 23 client reviews means that 109 clients shared their honest feedback, and 91% of them found the advisor’s guidance to be accurate.

It’s important to know that these ratings come directly from you and other clients, not from the platform itself. Our goal is to empower you with transparent, trustworthy information to help you choose the advisor who best fits your needs.

If you have questions about a specific advisor’s accuracy or want to know more about how ratings work, feel free to reach out to our support team, we’re here to help!
