Beginning in September 2024, the way you communicate with advisors will look quite a bit different and will be much improved! 

Messages are not tied to orders as they were in the past, and will instead be viewed as ongoing conversations with each advisor with whom you've had a reading. 

Tap on "My activity" at the bottom of the app homepage. It will bring you here: 

Select an advisor. At the top of the page, you'll see 3 options for sorting your orders and communications. If you'd like to filter it to only view your messages or order sessions, you can do so with ease. 

You may send up to 3 messages per day (24 hour period) to each advisor, and they are able to respond. You can tap the "Connect now" button at the top right of the page to start a new order session if your advisor is available.
