Purple Garden is actually for clients only, so you don't need to download it if you're not going to be a client. If you have downloaded it, you can only sign up as a client.
Purple Garden offers live video, live voice, and live text chat readings. Any orders placed by clients through Purple Garden will be fulfilled by advisors on Purple Ocean.
If you aren't currently enabled for live readings, you can contact Purple Ocean support to see if you are eligible.
