You can redeem an eligible promo code from either the Purple Garden mobile app or website.

On the Purple Garden app

1. Open the Purple Garden app and sign in to your account.
2. Tap Profile.
3. Tap Apply Promo Code.
4. Enter your promo code and tap Apply.

On the Purple Garden website

1. Sign in to your Purple Garden account.
2. Open the Menu (☰).
3. Select Apply Promo Code.
4. Enter your promo code and click Apply.

If your promo code is valid and your account is eligible for the promotion, the credit will be applied automatically.

• Take a screenshot of the error message.
• Contact Purple Garden Support using the email address associated with your account.
• Include the screenshot so we can investigate the issue more quickly.
