You can send messages to any spiritual practitioner / advisor you've had a reading with directly from the Purple Garden app. Messages are ongoing conversations with each spiritual practitioner/advisor and are no longer tied to individual orders.

To send a message:

1. From the app home screen, tap My activity at the bottom.
2. Select the spiritual practitioner / spiritual advisor you want to message. You'll see their full history with you on one page.
3. At the top of the page you can sort or filter what you see — choose to view only your messages, or only your order sessions.
4. Open the conversation, type your message in the text box, and send it.

A few things to know:

• You can send up to 3 messages per day (per 24-hour period) to each spiritual practitioner /advisor. They are able to reply to your messages.
• If your spiritual practitioner / advisor is available and you'd like a live reading instead, tap Connect now at the top right of their page to start a new order session.
