What is Your Purple Path?

Your Purple Path is a weekly set of goals that gives you a reward when you meet them. Each week you’ll see a selection of goals on your home screen. As you complete them, you can unlock rewards such as account credits, match-up credits, session discounts, and tryouts.

It’s a fun and rewarding way to get more from your readings each week.

How do the weekly goals work?

You’ll receive a fresh set of goals each week and can work through them during the week. Your progress appears on the Your Purple Path bar on your home screen and in the Weekly Goals tab. Goals refresh on Mondays, giving you a new opportunity to earn rewards every week.

What happens to goals I don’t finish?

Goals refresh at the beginning of each week. Any goals you have not completed will be replaced with a new set of goals, giving you a fresh start and new rewards to work toward.

Why do my goals look different from someone else’s?

Your goals are tailored specifically to you, so they may not always match what another member sees. Everyone receives their own weekly set based on their experience with the app.

What rewards can I earn?

Completing a goal earns you a reward. Rewards may include:

• Account credit added directly to your account to use toward an eligible reading.
• Match-up credit a bonus that adds extra promotional credit on top of what you add, to use toward a reading.
• A percentage discount off the price of an eligible session.
• A tryout session of 5 free minutes with a new-to-you advisor; you’ll see a list of participating advisors to choose from.

You’ll always be able to see exactly what you earned in the Your rewards tab.

How do I use my reward?

Once your reward is ready, open the Your Rewards tab and tap Claim Now. The reward will then be applied to your account and will be ready to use toward an eligible reading.

Why was I asked to choose between two rewards?

If you claim a new reward while another reward is still active on your account, you’ll be asked which one you would like to keep. You can choose the new reward or keep your current one. If you keep your current reward, it will remain in your rewards section until it expires. If you select the new reward, it will replace the previous one.

Reviewing both options before confirming can help you choose the reward that works best for you.

Where did my reward go?

Rewards are available to claim until their expiration date. Once a reward expires or has been claimed, it moves to the Claimed / Expired rewards list, which keeps your most recent rewards so you can look back at them. Claiming your rewards as soon as they’re ready is the best way to make sure you don’t miss one.

I received a refund for a session. Did I lose the reward I earned?

No. Any reward you have already earned or claimed remains on your account after a refund and keeps its original expiration date.

Can I use Your Purple Path on the website?

Yes. Your Purple Path works on both the app and the website. You can view your goals, track your progress, and claim and use your rewards in either place. The one exception is the tryout reward: you can claim it on the website, but to start your tryout session you’ll be directed to open the app. Every other reward can be claimed and used on the website.

Will I be notified about my goals and rewards?

Yes. We’ll notify you about new goals, rewards nearing expiration, and successful claims so you don’t miss anything.
