Who can rate a spiritual practitioner/advisor's accuracy?

A client must complete at least three sessions with the same spiritual practitioner/advisor before they can rate their accuracy.

This requirement helps ensure that accuracy ratings are based on clients who have had multiple experiences with the advisor's guidance.

Clients can also update or change their accuracy rating later based on their ongoing experience with the spiritual practitioner/advisor.

What does a spiritual practitioner/advisor's accuracy percentage mean?

The accuracy percentage shows how many eligible clients who submitted an accuracy rating considered the spiritual practitioner/advisor's guidance accurate.

For example, if a spiritual practitioner/advisor has a 91% accuracy rating based on 23 client reviews, this means:

• 23 eligible clients submitted an accuracy rating for that spiritual practitioner/advisor.
• 91% of those clients rated the spiritual practitioner/advisor guidance as accurate.

The number of clients who contributed to the accuracy rating is displayed alongside the spiritual practitioner/advisor's accuracy percentage.

Does Purple Garden determine spiritual practitioner/advisor's accuracy?

No. Spiritual practitioner/advisor accuracy ratings come directly from eligible client feedback and are not assigned by Purple Garden.
